"I am 8 months post my 3rd section and still breastfeeding. I am not one of those women who lose weight easily breastfeeding, my body clings to all the fats then lose weight quickly when I’m done so this was wait a uphill battle against hormones not being able to take stimulants and not cutting below 1900 calories but I am so happy and feel amazing.
Overall I lost 10lbs and am now at 19% bodyfat, I started at 26%. Cant wait till I’m done breastfeeding to see how much more progress I can make! "Rudy's Customized Physique Program has been what I've been looking for all these years! I'm no stranger to fitness but since having my daughter 2 years ago, I've been slightly lazy and unmotivated to get my body back. Once I committed myself to the program, my motivation quickly returned. The workout plan pushed me further each week and I was able to increase my weights every 2 weeks. At the end of the week I couldn't wait for the following week to come. It wasn't long before I began to notice the results I was looking for. “I loved it, I actually hadn’t been in a gym for 15 years. My composition was horrible, I had so many aches and pains and I literally felt like i was getting too old. My sleep was horrible and my belly fat was at an all time high. When I signed up I thought I’ll probably just do the home workouts but when I started to look at the program more closely I realized I could do it, I’m just going to give this a real shot. A lot of the movements were things i remembered from being in the gym previously and some of them were new obviously in the last 15 years. What I loved about this program was that Rudy had videos that I could literally watch from my smartphone as I was warming up on the bike, I could watch them so i could get the movements correct. “Hi my name is Jen Kennedy and I’m from the United States. I came across Rudy Mawer’s 90 Day Bikini Program online. I had recently lost 100 lbs prior to the program through diet and execrise only but then I wanted to really work on gaining more muscle mass. So I signed up for his 90 day program and I was very impressed with what came with it. Not only were there the 90 days of exercise there was also a very comprehensive diet plan that came in separate calorie ranges so that would go with your current weight. There was a couple tiers of that in addition to samples of food to eat in additonm with it. and there was also hotel workouts and home workouts so the 90 day plan can be for anybody. You don’t have to go to a gym , you can do it at home or as a travel person. So I did the 90 days religiously and I just finished this last weekend and I had great accomplishments. I tightened up my abs a lot and my back muscles really came in. Thank you Rudy and thank you for the online facebook support. This is a great program, totally worth your money. "I’ve just finished the 90 day bikini transformation plan. I was pretty strict with nutrition and training but I did have 2 cheat weeks (work travel, holiday etc), and just continued on after. I started this plan to combat weight gain and loss of physique from a 6 month knee injury from overeating – HIIT, running, weight, spin, you name it. Rest and recover is very important people- listen to your body!!
I’ve picked up useful training ideas and fantastic nutrition that I will stick to. Who knew you could eat pancakes, avocado toast and spoons of peanut butter and still get lean! Prep your food, hit the gym hard every time and you can!

“I initially saw the Rudy Mawer Bikini Body program v1 on-line and assumed it was for those 20 somethings out there and would not cater for a 51 year old going through peri-meno and a body reshaped by having three kids. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and started reading through the material. Surprisingly the program was designed specifically for women like me and not just me but all women going through various stages of life including the 20 somethings!
With the help of Rudy’s You Tube videos I was able to work out the exercises easily. The community support group on-line is really helpful for motivation and asking all those questions you have when you first start. The program is as flexible as you need it to be to fit in with your work/family/lifestyle balance and you don’t have to have a gym membership to do the exercises.
I am now half way through the program and the results I have achieved really inspire me to keep going. I feel fit and healthy and I have more energy and people now comment on how good I look and how happy I am, especially my partner J. The whole family has benefitted from eating more healthy. From being reserved and self-conscious the first few times I went to the gym I now see others including men copying some of my exercise moves. Really looking forward to finishing the program and starting BB v 2, swimwear is ready to go for this year’s Aussie summer !!!!”

So happy to have done the 20 Day Hollywood Reboot! I didn’t lose a lot of pounds on this program, but I’ve lost inches and body fat, which is amazing considering I’ve been previously plateauing. You have taught me so much
