
Crepes are delicious but they can be very high in calories. However, these strawberry crepes taste amazing, and are less than 200 calories.
- 3/4 cup Egg whites
- 1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed meal
- 2 tbsp Sugar free syrup
- 1 tbsp Melted coconut oil
- 2.6/75 Oz/g Strawberries

Mix the egg whites, flax seed meal & protein powder together in a blender so it forms a smooth batter.

Place a ladle of batter onto a large non-stick pan over a medium heat. Make sure the crepe isn't too thick. Cover the pan with a lid.

Whilst the crepe is cooking, slice the strawberries.

Remove the crepe from the pan, fill the middle with strawberries and pour over the sugar free syrup, then fold into a triangle shape. Repeat this process until all of the batter has been used.
