Strawberry Protein Crepes

Crepes are delicious but they can be very high in calories. However, these strawberry crepes taste amazing, and are less than 200 calories.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Egg whites
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed meal
  • 2 tbsp Sugar free syrup
  • 1 tbsp Melted coconut oil
  • 2.6/75 Oz/g Strawberries
Instructions
  1. Mix the egg whites, flax seed meal & protein powder together in a blender so it forms a smooth batter. 

  2. Place a ladle of batter onto a large non-stick pan over a medium heat. Make sure the crepe isn't too thick. Cover the pan with a lid.

  3. Whilst the crepe is cooking, slice the strawberries.

  4. Remove the crepe from the pan, fill the middle with strawberries and pour over the sugar free syrup, then fold into a triangle shape. Repeat this process until all of the batter has been used.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
