Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3.5/100 Oz/g Smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 Bagel
  • Pinch Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Crack the eggs into a medium sized bowl, season with salt and pepper, add the cream and whisk until all the ingredients have come together.

  2. Slice the bagel in half and place into the toaster.

  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan, add the butter and swirl it around the pan until it melts. Don't cook the butter too much because it will start to burn and discolour the scrambled eggs.

  4. Add the egg mixture to the pan and let it just sit for 10-20 seconds, stir with a wooden spoon to ensure it doesn't stick and allow to sit for another 10 seconds before stirring again. Repeat this until the eggs are cooked but still soft and creamy.

  5. Remove the toast from the toaster, gently portion the scrambled egg on top. Serve with the sliced smoked salmon and fresh dill.
