If you fancy something sweet on the go, these little fudge bites are the perfect snack for you!
- 2 tbsp Whole butter
- 1/2 cup Almond butter
- 1 tbsp Stevia sweetener
- 1.5 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2.5 tbsp Sugar free syrup
Melt both butters and the coconut oil in a pan over a low heat until there is no lumps and the butter is liquid.
Remove from the heat and whisk in the stevia sweetener and the syrup together until the ingredients are well mixed.
Pour the mixture into mini muffin liners and refrigerate or freeze until they are set.
If you want them to be a softer consistency you can store them at room temperature, or to have a more set fudge, store in an air tight container in the fridge.
