
These lamb kebabs taste amazing, if you're looking for a something extra special for BBQ's, these kebabs are the perfect choice.
- 14.1/400 Oz/g Lamb rump
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Mild chilli
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Cup Plain yogurt
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Combine the lemon, oil and spices in a large bowl. Add the lamb and mix to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate.

Drain the lamb from the marinade and set aside. Thread 6 pieces of lamb onto skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece, this will cook the lamb evenly.

Preheat a griddle pan on a high heat until piping hot. Add the lamb skewers to the pan and cook for 8 minutes, basting with the marinade throughout. Place skewers on a plate. Serve the lamb skewers with tzatziki and salad or boiled rice.

Peel and halve cucumber length ways. Scrape seeds from the centre and throw away. Grate cucumber then combine cucumber, garlic, yogurt and salt into a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
