Seriously chocolatey, high protein and tasted incredible. Give this chocolate lava cake a try! You won't regret it
- 2/3 Scoop Chocolate whey protein
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Stevia sweetener
- 1/4 cup Almond milk
Mix all of the ingredients together using a hand blender until the mixture forms a smooth batter.
Pour the mixture into two greased souffle dishes and bake for 4-5 minutes on 356 F/180 degrees.
After 4-5 minutes the top will be cooked and the middle will still be gooey, don't over cook the cake because you want the middle to be runny chocolate.
As soon as they are cooked, remove them from the oven ans serve with fresh fruit or whipped cream.
