Berry & Banana Ice Popsicle

Super easy and delicious Popsicle

Course: Snack
Servings: 6 servings
Calories: 96 kcal
Ingredients
  • Popsticle moulds
  • Popsticle sticks
  • 2 cups Frozen Berries
  • 1 cup Strawberry Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 0.5 cup Fresh fruit juice
  • 1 tbsp Low sugar maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture evenly into the ice cream moulds

  3. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until fully set
