Everyone loves quick and simple recipes for busy morning during the week, this recipe is quick to make, tastes amazing and will kick start your day in the right way.

  • 1 Tortilla wrap
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Bacon rasher
  • 1 Slice of cheddar cheese
  • 1 handful Rocket
  • 3 Cherry tomatoes
  • 5 sprays 1cal oil spray
  1. Heat a grill to a high heat and place the bacon rasher on a baking tray to cook for 5 minutes. Flipping once to evenly cook both sides.

  2. Heat a pan over a medium heat and spray with oil spray. Once hot, crack the egg and cook for a couple of minutes until the egg white is set but the yolk is still soft.

  3. Microwave the tortilla wrap for 20 seconds & slice the tomatoes into halves whilst the wrap is warming through.

  4. Remove the wrap from the microwave and serve on a plate. Remove the bacon from the grill and serve inside the wrap, place the fried egg on top, serve the tomatoes and cheese on top and finish with the fresh rocket.

  5. Wrap into a nice parcel and enjoy your breakfast wrap.
