  • 1.6/45 Oz./g Rolled oats
  • 10/300 ml/fl oz Milk Any milk
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1.7/50 Oz./g Blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  1. Cook your oats and milk according to the instructions on the pack. When the oats are cooked, stir in the cinnamon and pour i the protein powder into a bowl.

  2. Slice a banana on top of the oats and scatter the blueberries on top.

  3. Enjoy.
